Sofitel Dubai Palm Apartments

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs! the service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre was extremely relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were the perfect places to unwind. the massage was exceptional, and the treatment room had a very serene atmosphere.

The hotel did not have any poolside snack bars. my experience at this hotel was wonderful.

Conveniently located resort with friendly and accommodating staff. Well-equipped apartments with spacious balconies and soundproof rooms. Diverse dining options and a lounge on the beach. Clean and not crowded swimming pools and beach. Attentive and personalized service from staff.

Amazing spot for family: 5 pools, beach, bar, and restaurants. Clean and safe. Nice rooms and very friendly staff.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, parking and transportation options. Additionally, the hotel's location next to a private beach offered a peaceful and relaxing environment. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious.

Our room had a beautiful view of the Palm, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. we had a great experience during our stay at Sofitel.

The resort had a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a vacation with family or solo. the rooms were well-decorated and spacious, and the ones overlooking the pool or the Palm island had stunning views. the food in the restaurants was delicious, especially the Fish restaurant and Maui. I enjoyed spending time in the water, Stand Up Paddling around the area. the location of the resort was ideal, with easy access to the beach, pool, and bars.

One negative aspect was the ongoing construction on the crescent, which affected the overall ambiance of the resort. It was disappointing to see that the housekeeping service was not up to par, with dirty floors and unkempt furniture in the apartment.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the beach and with a nice view of the city on the other bank of an artificial river. The sports bar and porterhouse bar offer a lively atmosphere but fall short of the Sofitel brand's expectations. The apartments are spacious, well-decorated and come with kitchen facilities. The breakfast has much choice, too.

Some may find it hard to get a taxi at dinner time, as the surroundings might get too chaotic.

The facilities at Sofitel Dubai Palm Apartments are fantastic, providing a wide range of activities and dining options. The staff, including the Director of the reception, Mr. Lahcen Saadaoui, were welcoming and helpful in ensuring a fast check-in and providing all necessary information. The breakfast options were amazing, with plenty of variety to choose from. The spacious apartments were perfect for families, offering a quiet and comfortable environment. The pools and overall environment were also highly enjoyable.
